Subgroup file submission guidelines for the Durable Trust Inventory
If you can fill out a spreadsheet you have everything you need to create your subgroup file.
- Because you have selected subgroups, everyone who participates will need to be assigned to a subgroup.
- Open the template by clicking the template download button below.
- You will notice the following columns:
- Subgroup Name
- Contact First Name
- Contact Last Name
- Contact Email
- Anticipated Responses
- Enter your subgroup information. Then verify that the information is accurate. You may have as many subgroups as are useful, but reports will not generate for subgroups with five or fewer responses.
- Each subgroup must have a unique name.
- Each subgroup must have a unique contact with their own email address. However, the primary contact for the Inventory may also be a contact for one subgroup.
- Under "Anticipate Responses," indicate the number of people you will ask to participate in the inventory. These should be people with an outward-facing role, who have a view into stakeholder activities. We will use this number to create a confidence rating in your results.
- Save as a comma delimited file (CSV). This is important.
- Click on the link included in the email that brought you here. You'll be asked to fill out a registration form. At the bottom of the form you’ll be asked if you are using subgroups. Click yes and you’ll see a place for you to upload your file.
- After you submit your registration, check your email for confirmation. Be sure to check your spam folder and move the email to your inbox if it landed there. This will tell your system to accept emails from Durable Labs going forward.Â
