The Durable Labs work is more concerned with how trust gets built between organizations and the messy world than among teams, but everything Feltman says here is worth knowing if trust is a priority.

Their conclusions are clear: trust is one of the most valuable — if not the most valuable — assets any organization can have. Furthermore, it can always be regained, not matter the challenges.
