While organizational trust has long been a researched topic, this may be the first time a tool was created that allows someone to assess an organization's capacity to actually build trust with those they serve.
In other words, this isn't so much about the trust you have or need from colleagues, but about the trust you need from those outside your organization. And since trust is the lifeblood of organizations, building more of it should always be a priority.
The diagnostic is personal. It will show you what you can personally do to contribute to the trust you need others to have in your organization. It also presumes that you are doing trustworthy work deserving of stakeholder trust.
